I am planning to relocate to the Greater Orlando area and need some advice on where to look for homes for sale that are zoned for residential only / no short term rentals. Schools are not a major concern, but quality of life (low crime) is a priority. Thanks in advance for recommendations.

Look within the city limits of Clermont, no short-term rentals allowed, overall very safe and quiet. What's your price range, I could make suggestions on specific neighborhoods.

Based on home criteria and price range you have Lake Mary, Lake Nona, Windermere, and a good number of infill areas.

Hope this helps,
