Does anybody know how traffic on Orange Blossom Trail is usually on weekday mornings. I have to be at work by 7am, and don't want to take the Turnpike. Is leaving at 6am enough time to get to downtown E Central St. Area? I'm coming from Kissimmee.

You might also try John Young and i-4 That may speed the drive up a little. I would think an hoour on most days is enough.

John Young Parkway is a great alternative. Or you can go up Orange Avenue (which starts at Osceola Parkway) and take a nice straight shot into downtown Orlando

Orange Blossom Trail is always crowded, especially between then FL Turnpike and I-4. My parents place is off OBT and Whisper Lakes and its always a busy intersection

The Kissimmee section of OBT is also in very poor condition. The asphalt is very old, lots of pot holes, and long lights. Osceola doesnt take as good care of their roads as Orange County does

John Young has a higher speed limit and less traffic lights, and the road is in much better shape. When I lived in Orlando I used JYP to get to work every day

I concur, if you are not going to use the Turnpike, use JYP.
