Hi there

What area (North Atlanta suburbs and North Orlando suburbs) do you feel has the upper hand in the following areas:

1. Aesthetics (attractiveness of area)
2. Cost of Living
3. Economy
4. Ease of Mobility (Freeway and major highway connectivity)
5. Quality of Schools (Elementary through College)
6. Best Community Feeling
7. Shopping
8. Business Friendliness
9. Weather
10. Where would you live if you had to choose an area?

All of these will have subjective answers. That's ok.

1) both are very nice
2) I'd guess Ga is slightly lower but both decent
3) both are bustling compared to most of the country
4) The highways in Atlanta are BUSY!!! they make I-4 look like a cake walk. Both areas have highway access.
5) Lake Mary schools are good and the area is friendly and prosperous
6) The Southern Charm of Atlanta is pretty well gone So I'd say both areas are pretty equal on this front.. Just nice areas with people that work hard, and are upwardly mobile.
7) Lake Mary has convenient shops and a large mall close by so I'd say that is better than you will find in GA
8) I think businesses here are friendly, I guess anyone can have a bad day so I'd call it a draw between the 2.
9) Fl winds that one... we don't have snow.
10)I have lived in GA and I am in FL with NO regrets. I love it here. We have more to do, greater access, better driving conditions. no state taxes, no property taxes on cars annually. Close to the beach. Florida has won my vote and presence.
