Night Life Lover wants to retire to FL (Orlando, Kissimmee: home, neighborhood)

My mom, who is in her late 50's is thinking of retiring to fl. She currently lives in NYC, and originally from Dominican Republic. She wanted to retire back to her country but we've talked her out of it. She wants a nice house, not too small so that she can have family over, with a pool. She wants to be near hispanic restaurants and bars because she does love going out. Preferably in a hispanic neighborhood or near one where she can make friends her age. Not too far from a major hospital and airport.

Is there anything like this. My first thought was somewhere in Orlando, but we are not limited to looking just there.

Here in Central FL I would say Kissimmee and parts of South and East Orlando. You should really also consider South Florida as it is home to a very large Island and S. American Population.
