Hello!

My husband and I moved to Casselberry (next to Winter Park) from Ohio a couple of years ago. We moved here for school (he attended a university here). We came here both to visit the school and some apartments prior ro making the move.

We did visit a model apartment where we live now but since we moved here we have the following problems: very loud neighbors (a variety of them not just one). Poor quality walls and closets etc. But all in all, we don't like how loud the neighbors with yelling or music at any time. Even after you nicely ask them several times during several occasions to lower the volume, it's still loud. The management/maintenance people live on property and they are lax and relatively loud too and are friends with the loud neighbors.

My husband just got a job close to Universal Studios (more precisely very close to the International Food Club if anyone is familiar with that area (McLeod Rd), a couple of exits before Universal if you come from Downtown Orlando.

It's just the two of us, we are in our late 20s with a cat.

Here's what we are looking for:
1. An apartment complex, with very quiet community.neighbors (we would consider a nice little house too)
2. Safe property and area.
3. Close to grocery shopping (Publix)
4. Close to where my husband works (10-15mins)

Any recommendation/guidance would be very much appreciated, if you are able to recommend any safe area or even apartment complex too that would be great.

We are just not sure what area is safe and close to places.

Thank you very much!

You should look at Montevista apartments on Conroy-Windermere. It's less than ten minutes from where your husband works and is the closest apartment complex that still retains the safety of the Dr. Phillips area. There's a Publix right around the corner, too.
