Hi, I have been looking to move to Florida for a long time now. A few areas that I like are Clermont (34711), South Meadow (32824), and Saint Cloud (34772). Of these areas, which one due you prefer and why. Please be as detailed as you like. Comment on the people, schools, traffic, and the general quality of life that you would lead if you lived in one of these areas.

Clermont is my preference among the ones you listed. It's a developing community with most amenities that you would need, meaning no commutes to the city for daily needs. It's a visually pleasant place. Because of the rolling hills, they tend to get a breeze which keeps the heat a little less intense. And due to development of the toll roads, it's easily accessible to the city.

Of those 3 it would be Meadow Woods for me as it is the closest to the city and activities. Clermont is too rural for my tastes and not easily accessed via the highways. plus if I had kids the Lake county schools would NEVEr be my choice.

The N part of St. Cloud has some nicer neighborhoods than Meadow Lakes but it is a bit further out. Now as to places I really would live iin.... Winter Park, Dr. Phillips, Windermere and East Orlando.
better areas, better schools, better homes, no bomb ranges.
