Can anyone point me in the direction of a map with the different neighborhoods clearly defined? I'd love to be able to input the address of a prospective home and know which neighborhood it's considered in.

Thanks!

I know of no such beast, there are many communities and neighborhoods throughout the large metro Orlando area.

If you are searching online or receiving email updates from a Realtor it should give you full details such as the neighborhood name and a map it option for location.

Or you can come on City-Data every time you find properties you're interested in.

Hope this helps,

That's a wonderful idea and I've often searched for just that. If only ...

The property appraiser's site will give you the subdivision which may or may not help. I'd say ask a Realtor friend.
You know it is easier for an agent to sort through property once you give an idea of what you want.

they can even seek out specific neighborhoods.

I think zillow.com is a great site. It will tell you the neighborhood the house is in. (Put the address in, and then click on an adjacent section. Then float the pointer over the original area and it will tell you the name of the neighborhood.)

Two problems with Zillow, it doesn't have all the homes for sale in any particular area and it's not up to date on some of what is, Realtor.com is a better choice.

Hope this helps,
