Me and my wife have been thinking about moving for a couple years now and I was wondering where to start with looking for jobs and where the best areas to look at buying our house. We have a 5 year old and a 9 month old baby. Please help the information i am finding really does not help me.

These boards have a lot of threads about moving to Central FL, there must be something in common with what you have.

Starting out, Florida has a 12% unemployment rate, MN is running at 7%..

so, the Orlando area has just about the same number of unemployed as the whole state of MN!!

So, unless you have a job that is always in demand (Nursing), the chances are slim.

If you still want information, then you have to give us some info.

EX) I am a gun toting NRA, Southern Baptist type and am looking for areas that are similar.

So, then Schools are #1 on my list, a rural location is #2, and then #3 is commute to work.

Something Like that and we might be able to help you better.
