I will be moving to Deland in a few months. My apt is 624 sq ft and has HVAC. All electric with w/d hookups. How much do you think I will be spending on electricity each month and which months are the highest? Can't wait!

Well, it partially depends upon your supplier. I'm with KUA, in a 3,000 sq foot home. I pay for electricity and water (all in the same bill), about 272.00 per month, and it can go as high as 579.00 in summer. I think I had 1 bill that was 650.00 in july.

Now, you have less sq feet. So, you figure it out from there. Hoped that help.

I have a 1200 sq ft condo and I pay about $90/mo average. Summer months will be the highest.

Just remember every degree you keep your AC below 77 degrees adds an additional 10% to your electric bill.

I would think you should be around 60 dollars a month unless you run that a/c non-stop, and/or it is a very old a/c unit.
