I live in Florida and rent an apartment, shortly after I was served with an eviction notice because of noise coming from the apartment. I have a stereo and a piano. I agreed to remove the piano and the stereo and was allowed to stay. I have not had any parties or noise at the apartment, I am a student and rarely home. Today 8 months later I received an eviction notice again. This has caught me completely off guard and don't know how that's possible. Can you be evicted for noise without proof or confirmation. No one has come to the apartment or left any notices of warning since the original incident. I don't understand how you can be evicted out of the blue and then be forced to continue to be responsible for the rest of the lease payments. Please help.

Default Depends upon the lease you signed.

If you want me to read it, then send it to a fake email I have for purposes like this. Cross out all important personal stuff!

Let me read and then I can tell you.

Default By the way...if you've never recieved notices...

I'm wondering why you never even got a certified letter? That is normally the case before serious actions start happening. hmmmmmmm.

Now, my opinion...find a place you are happy to go home in with YOUR piano! How much is your rent? You may get a whole home for what you pay! Second, DEVELOP a huge case and file FIRST, PAY THE 40.00, against them fast in court. You need to develop a case first.

Again, I'm not professional, but business owner for 16 years. It seems a headacke, but you are young. You will get over this...so sleep tight.

Oh, and final note...do you have witnesses that you removed the piano and stereo? THEN THEY permitted you to STAY? Your case just got stronger. I need paper work, and statements. Then you go file. I have a feeling, that you are young, different from your neighbors, and they may simply smile, but just not like you. No...this is coming from somewhere. There is something, or someone.

I will be honest, management knows the laws. So unless you painting a 1 sided story....there must be more to it.
