i am planning to come & stay in orlando next year and i have some important questions.
i am a morrocan lady, working as a manager in a big company in morocco (3 years experience).
i would like to know (with a moroccan Master in the management field + experience):

1- can i get a good job in orlando?
2- will i need another to have a US Master or certificate to be able to get that job?
3- is there a real equal chance employers? (for ladies wearing scarf)
4- if you know some of those employers please tell me about them.

Your chances of getting an employer to sponsor you are slim to none. There are plenty of "managers" looking for jobs in this area who an employer doesn't need to sponsor or deal with relo and all the other things that go along with that. And frankly, yes, you are going to have a much harder time getting hired if you wear a headscarf. Legal or not, it's the way it is. This is still part of the "Bible Belt."

Barely, if anything, urban CFL is more Catholic than Baptist.

As you can see in the last map, the core 3 counties of Orlando Metro are mainly Catholic whereas places like Lake County get baptist fast. I agree we are still part of the bible belt, maybe like a frayed edge or something...

He can only sponsor you to come live here on a spouse visa, that doesn't entitle you to WORK.
