Drove through this neighborhood yesterday and looked at houses there today.
Seems quiet, fairly diverse, not too far from my groundpoint of Disney, good value for the money.

All opinions much appreciated!

HI, I actually live in the Oaks. I've been here for almost 2 years with my parents to me this is a good area to live in, its nice and quiet we've never had any problems here. Also, the people that i've met like neighbors and just from walking outside have all been really nice.

Good to know...thanks for posting.
Today I saw the house that I wrote down when I did my first drive through...I really liked it and might make an offer in the next day or two.

Will PM you, but have a few questions :
how long to drive to the airport (I'm assuming you go straight up John YOung?)
The tennis courts don't seem much if at all used (more for b-ball). I'm an avid player: any tennis located nearby?
Is there access to Lake Toho from The Oaks which kinda border on it....I may have seen a dock for boat access at Shingle Reserve but I think Oaks Blvd actually borders Lake Toho.

Thanks!
CB
