He always seems to be having a good time though, usually dancing with random people way younger than him. Has anyone else seen this guy? What's his back-story?
Crud, I've been outed..........

After having seen the picture I know I've seen him twice, once dancing at Downtown Disney to a latin group playing in the plaza by Fulton's crab house. At first I thought he was part of the group, but then I realized he didn't quite fit in with the group,I think I have a video of him dancing away.I also saw him at Citywalk last month,I think he pulls off whatever it is he's trying to pull off,at least he made me laugh when I saw him dancing in his outfit that night.

Yeah from your post it seemed like you talked to a normal human,The Frugie posted his picture and I knew I had seen him a couple of times and that he wasn't quite a normal human, but then again normal can be boring, this guy looks like the polar opposite.
