Hello all,
I am trying to help my best friend look for an apartment in Baldwin park or winter garden, her budget is limited, she is currently living in Oviedo and she is paying $500. She is looking to pay no more than $600. Any ideas on where to look for a safe, dog friendly place in Baldwin Park or Winter Garden? any realtors that anyone might now that will help find a nice, clean place.

Thanks

You will absolutely not be able to find anything in Baldwin Park for that amount of money. There's no way. I've seen listings for studio/garage apartments in there for over $1000 a month. However, if that is just the general area she's looking for, there might be some apartments in the Colonialtown or Audubon Park areas, which are just west of Baldwin Park. I saw a sign on a lawn in Colonialtown last week for like $595 or so. They have them on craigslist, or (I've found) the better way to find something is to just ride around in the desired neighborhoods and look for signs. A lot of landlords don't seem to advertise beyond that, especially for smaller/less expensive places

Someone else will have to help you out with Winter Garden - don't know the area...

Good luck!

I don't want to be negative but it is going to be difficult to impossible to find a one-bedroom apartment in those areas for that amount. Is there a reason why she's set on those two places as they are on different sides or Orlando? There is no way that she will find something in Baldwin and it depends on where in Winter Garden but one bedrooms start around $600 depending on where in Winter Garden she is looking to move. There are plenty of websites on the internet and Craigslist, she should be able to look up apartments in the area herself and get an idea on prices.
