I'm looking to buy a house and noticed a few of them are listed below 100,000. Any idea why and is it a good/bad area?

Thanks!
Deb

The area has been on a bit of a decline but isn't unsafe by any means. Another contributing factor are the local schools which are unusually poor for being in Seminole County. I'd recommend checking out some of the older areas of Longwood to the west. There are a few in that price range around the Range Line Rd and EE Williamson Rd intersection, which is a pretty solid, well-established neighborhood with good schools.
