Advice for friendship forming possibly dating interracially/interculturally in the Orlando/Kissimmee area (condos)

After having lived overseas for the last 6 years I will be moving back to the Orlando/Kissimmee area. I am a white man who looks good for being 47 years old. I am divorced with my wonderful 4 year old son.
I hope to continue my own and my son's experience continuing to have foreign friends and hope to meet latin, Portugues speaking, Chinese and Europeans that speak Italian or Russian. I hope that our children possibly could play together and share their languages and I hope that the adults can a friendship of mutual assistance and continuing to expand on learning new languages.
I speak pretty good spanish and my current obsession is with Portugues with which now I am about 40% fluent. I still am developing my other languages but they are not too far behind, except for my Chinese.
Also, I will probably start dating again and perhaps if there are any interested latin or black ladies who would like to be friends first and perhaps if God desires dating could be a possibility as well. I tend to like thin women because I am thin myself with muscle though and I need someone who would understand a huge priority for me is my son. So actually someone with children would be more than welcome. I am doing okay economically and hope to buy a few condos in the Kissimmee/Orlando area. I am someone that is not into drinking or drugs so I would hope all that respond would generally be the same. I can accept light drinking but not much beyond that. Also I strongly prefer good hearted people. I appreciate very much anybody that is inclined to reply and if I am fortunate enough to get your response I will do my best to respond as well.
