It's not a good area. Attached below is a crime map of the zip code where the apartment complex is located. The dark blue shading is safest. The gray shading is least safe. Your apartment would be in the gray.

I didn't see Ridge Park, but while looking out that way, in the same area, I found a place called Bonita Fountains. It actually looks like a decent place and I'm considering a relocation there myself.

Im sorry I meant the Ridge Club apts.....Im moving and I dont want to have come to Orlando and live out a hotel until I find a place...Id love to have a place to move right into when I get there. Im in between jobs right now but I have enough saved up to take care of bills until employment comes around..I dont want to move into crime ridden neighborhood because the apartment manger telling me its a good place to live just so he can rent his property out. Im not looking for a super quiet and safe place, just not a real bad place

The information I provided was for Ridge Club...

Attached below is a crime map of the zip code where the apartment complex is located. The dark blue shading is safest. The gray shading is least safe. Your apartment would be in the gray.

Zip Code 32809

What is the nearest intersection? There are hundreds of apartment complexes in the area.

I think you're going to have a really hard time getting a decent apartment complex to rent to you if you don't have a job. Something to ponder...

Can't speak directly for that zip code, but I can tell you the one for mine is totally screwed up. It adds in a generally undesirable area with a different zip code that really skews the crime rates and demographics in a negative way. So I'm not sure I would rely on that solely to determine good and bad neighborhoods.

Why do people keep doing that? And to then try to move into
Florida, not exactly a haven for jobs right now. At least not living-
wage jobs.

Well I drive trucks so there is also somebody hiring for truck drivers...Finding a job wont be hard at all. Just need a place for now until I get myself established. Moving to Orlando just because I want to. The Apartments are located just north of W. Oak Ridge Rd, and just east of Millenia BLVD
