Christmas in Florida can be a lot of fun.

My first thought was EPCOT, epcot,epcot......my favorite place to go during Christmas season. Each country has different Christmas traditions so you can experience Christmas around the world. There are story tellers, concerts, etc. But the most spectacular is in the USA where they do the Candlelight Processional. It is a concert-orchestra and chorus with a wonderful reading of the Christmas Story directly from the Bible. All the songs are religious Christmas Carols-no Frosty etc... It is beautiful. Then they do a special Illuminations for Christmas that is even better than the regular Illuminations.

Magic Kingdom has the MVMCP but if you wait till Christmas week to go you can see the Christmas parade with Santa and the special Holiday version of Wishes the firework show and snow on Main Street without paying for the night party.

At Hollywood Studio there are the 0smond Lights in the NY section which is gorgeous.

Sea World has its special Christmas shows and fireworks, too As does Universal where the theme is The Grinch.

If you don't want to go to the theme parks, most towns will have parades, Christmas Tree lightings, special concerts, etc. for the season. Check with churches, schools, and the local newspapers for activities.

Check out Ice at the Gaylord Palms.

Mt. Dora is a great place to visit during the holiday season- Light Up Mt. Dora is on Nov. 26th (they light up one of the parks... this I've actually seen. Very magical!), a Christmas Walk on Dec 2nd and a Christmas Parade on Dec 3rd.

I second Light Up Mt. Dora great holiday event, especially on cool night when it feels like the season. Others include:

Crane's Roost Park Holiday lights and music
ICE at the Gaylord Palms
Winter Park Christmas Parade on Park Ave.
College Park Christmas Parade on Edgewater Dr.
Santa Holiday Send off at Sodo
Citrus Bowl Parade (highly recommended, it's usually the day before the Citrus bowl, great floats and bands)
