I first got in contact with him through this forum when we were still living in Australia.
He was the most helpful realtor we have ever dealt with, especially with my wife's picky habits.
Ken guided us through the whole process, and was surprisingly very honest.

Ken Anderson with Apex Realty is who we used when we moved to Orlando from North Carolina, he took his time to listen to our needs and was so patient with us in our search for the right rental. I would like to recommend Ken Anderson from ApexOne Realty. Ken helped us transition easily from Jacksonville to Orlando by listening to our needs/interests in regards to schools and finding a family-oriented community. He was observant on what was important to us in a home and looked for those qualities when showing us listings. He made himself available/flexible in meeting us when we traveled from Jacksonville.

I have been fortunate to work with quite a few people in City Data, which amounted to more than 26 homes sold (just from this forum).
