Trying to find an area to buy a condo in the Orlando area. Would like to be a little south of airport as I have family in Kissimmee. Ideally a younger crowd area that's not crime ridden, where I can possibly walk or bike to bars etc. Single white male, looking for professional white or even latin women and there hangouts. Any recommendations would be helpful. Any info on condo complexes or areas of town to look would be great. Thanks!

Orlando's small population of young single professional women is most likely to hang out in the downtown Orlando area or in Winter Park which is nowhere close to Kissimmee. The same areas would be the most walkable or bike-friendly as well, with an edge to Winter Park especially in terms of personal safety.

Depends on your budget, downtown is the best spot as you can walk or bike to most anything but a little on top end of the price range.

Winter Park is another area as is around the Dr. Phillips area (Universal / Sand Lake Road / International Drive)

Hope this helps,
