Hunters Creek is a nice area and parts of Kissimmee are as well, particularly the northwest side closer to I-4. I would most recommend Vista East/Lake Nona (Narcoosee Road and Lee Vista Blvd areas) which are just east of the airport on the southeast side.

Agree with above. Hunter's creek can be nice, but just to let you know, some areas of Kissimmee can be a bit sketchy. So, just make sure to do the research before moving! Let me recommend trulia.com as a good place to search for good property. also, do some crime map googling too, it'll be worth it. Good luck!

I would stick to Hunter's Creek, just nicer with more conveniences.

I would like to buy condo in Hunters Creek. Any recommendation for particular community taking into account criteria like safety, good maintenance, low delinquency?
