Best Suburb/school district:

1. Winter park/maitland schooling zone (final school is Winter Park High) (suburban area is large and includes most of the city of winter park, the baldwin park/audubon park area of orlando, most of the city of maitland, and parts of east orange county)

TIE 2. Timber Creek school district: (includes most of Waterford Lakes, Stoneybrook, eastwood, and avalon park, all of these areas are located in east orange county)

2. Boone high school district (includes most of south downtown, city of edgewood, parts of belle isle and parts of the south semoran area)

3. Olympia/Gotha school district: (includes most of Gotha, parts of Ocoee and Windermere areas)
