I recently relocated to Lake Mary and I am applying for positions in the downtown area.

What time would I have to leave in order to arrive downtown by 9am?? I'll be working until 3pm so commute home shouldn't be a problem.

If you want to be early, leave by 8AM, If you want to get there about on time, 8:15. If you want to take a chance and drive like a maniac; leave no later than 8:30. *

*If there is an accident you'll be screwed.

^^^ I agree and would shoot for 8:15. A bit early is never a bad thing.

Technically, it only takes about 20 minutes to get there. That being said, that is if there is not an accident or traffic. It would be a good idea to leave early as others said.

Even a 3 PM trip back home can be problematic, particularly on fridays. Just watch.

I agree. It seems the traffic starts to get pretty bad around 3:30 when I've been there.
