Hoa+
It is a nice up coming community, but the HOA take away your Independence in here!! they want to control everything in here but they dont focus on other things!! they fined me $1000 for having plastic flowers on my lawn!! I know it says in the bylaws that you cant but you cant even tell they are!! mean while the guy down the road has his Xmas lights on for years now!! look into summerport or summer lakes Just be awake of the HOA!!
