I decided to actually go back to Gooding's today for some (very light) shopping and I decided to share my photos of the store with you guys. Its located on 535 and I-4 for those who don't know

Here we go...

Store entrance

Stains like these were common throughout the store's carpeting

As well as many multiple tiles showing extensive damage

The deli and bakery depts looked nice

These cupcakes looked delicious too

This boneless skinless chicken breast (priced at $3.99 a lb ) expired yesterday and was still on the shelf

This huge candy section looked pretty cool

The wine selection looked good as well

All in all, I bought a package of fresh baked cookies from their bakery (which were delicious, and they better be at $4 for 4 cookies ) and a 6 pack of Miller Lite Lime ($5.99)

The staff was friendly as well, but the store was almost a ghost town inside and depending on the item, some prices were ok (apples were $1.99 a lb, same price as Publix), others were outrageous ($8.99 for a 20 pack of Coca Cola? Wtf!)

All in all I'd give Gooding's 2 of 4 stars. 1 for the delicious m&m chocolate chip cookies, and 1 for the nice people working there. Otherwise that place was awful

I decided to do this thread since we had been talking about it, and those who've been here long enough know that Gooding's was once a household name in Orlando.
