I am relocating to Florida this summer and was wondering if anyone can tell me what the main differences are between Colonial Grand Town Park and Colonial Grand Heathrow? Is one better or safer than the other?

Thanks!

Both are in a very safe area and the only advantage or disadvantage of one to the other is Town Park's proximity to Colonial Town Park where you can literally walk across the street to restaurants/bars as well as Publix and other shopping. It's a fairly active area so it could be noisier potentially at night though the complex sits back in away from the road...so perhaps not. Colonial Park Heathrow is on International Parkway which is much quieter and not much further away from the Town Park complex, though not as welcoming a walk given the distance (1/2 mile), though there are nice pedestrian friendly walkways and a bike trail just up the street which is a nice perk. The developer is building more apartments next to the Heathrow complex so the "quieter" aspect could be lost once that's completed. I would say just see which has the better unit available as it's pretty much a draw otherwise. *** Be sure to avoid Town Park Reserve which is actually attached to the Town Park complex and very loud at night due to the bars, especially weekends.

I agree both are great choices.
