My 22yo daughter is transferring to UCF this fall. We need to find her a safe, quiet, mature place to live. She doesn't drink or party at all, and this will be her first time away from home so we really want it to be successful. Please if you can, guide us to a mature, normal area. She has a car, and her dog is optional, can stay with us if need be. Any ideas? And if you know price ranges we need to get an idea of cost also. Thanks!

Google says its 13 miles away, do you really need to be that far out to find a safe neighborhood?

We have been looking online, she would love to live alone, but apartments are so expensive and whenever we find one and look up reviews there is nothing but bad to say about any of them. I have yet to find one with raving reviews.

What price range and size is she looking for? You might want to stick to privately owned condos.

How would she find a privately owned condo? Craigslist?

We are looking into Oviedo, any apartments in particular that you recommend? I'm not sure about price yet. She is hoping to find a job once she gets down there, but also will get a lot of financial aid.

Oviedo town centre is nice. But there are really too many to name. Pretty much all of Oviedo is nice.
