Are there any areas in Florida that are extremely white collar/ young professional and feel like Arlington, VA or Alexandria, VA, Uptown Dallas, or Lincoln Park- Chicago? I am trying to find that here in FL. I know of Brickell and Coral Gables in Miami, Downtown FTL, and Winter Park, I have heard South Tampa/Hyde Park, is there anything else?

Winter Park is not primarily white collar young professionals- and I'm not sure I agree with the poster about Downtown Orlando either. They certainly have those types, but it doesn't describe anything as a whole.

Orlando is not a bastion for white collar careers- and the majority of the younger people in the workforce are in service industries, or quite party-lifestyle based.

Then keep in mind the costs in Central Florida does not come near many of the cities you mention.

The above post was correct, you won't find any similarities here as both Orlando and Tampa have a very small white collar community. In South Florida (your only option in the state) Brickell, Dadeland and Coral Gables are good choices.

West Palm is not predominantly white collar. Quite the opposite.
