Just curious to know if anyone else is having their box rebooting randomly.

No random rebooting out here in Longwood. The HD channels are pretty iffy though, they "aren't available" a lot of times.
And I notice sometimes the info at the bottom says "no data available" or something like that, which means I have to reboot it.

Mine occasionally reboots on it's own. It's a real pain.

Unplug the box and tv for a couple minutes and then replug. Gets a better reboot then, but if problenm keeps happening call. They came out and we ended up with a new box because problem was within our box.
Ours was getting the no data available message and glitching(freezing) all the time so you were missing words and losing a lot of info while watching the news etc.

I have seen it. When i had them the picture quality was so dismal and the pixilation was worse than with satellites... I made the switch to U-verse and am very pleased with the tv, and Internet.

I'd suggest a change. tv , super fast internet, home phone - 2 tv's - about $160. You can change tv packages on a dime. record froma remote location via your smart phone, the recording is really up to 4 seperate channels at a time and replay at any tv. you can pause live tv, It is by far the best service I've seen. I've had Dish, and Bright house.

Call them up.

Wow you pay almost $30 more than me on Brighthouse. I have 2 boxes so 2DVR so Hd On demand ready TVs, 2 other tvs on cable, internet, phones, Show time, on all tvs and it is just $119 before taxes. We are happy with Brighthouse on everything-except for the phones sometimes. Forgot to mention we also have the sport ad on and we pay for view at least 1 or 2 movies each month.

I hate to bring this back to life but it's 1:37am and Brighthouse just rebooted all by itself.
