Does anybody know of any 9-5 (or 8-4) jobs around Orlando that are hiring that I may be qualified in? I think it may be better for me to take a morning job and do Publix in the evenings.

Davie, not sure if it's your cup of tea, but plenty of 9-5 sales jobs you might qualify for with your great personality and customer service experience. Just today The BS on Real Radio (mid-day show) tweeted that Clear Channel Orlando is looking for good reps and I know from inside sources that the hours are mainly during the weekdays with some weekend involvement for special station events which are super fun anyways. If you're interested just email Bull@realradio.fm with you resume and let me know too. Goof luck in your search!!

LOL what makes you say that? Sales is a part of everything we do in life. You sell yourself everyday on these boards but trust me I hear ya. I'll hit you up if I can think of anything else.

Radio and billboard advertising is a really, really tough field. It's 100% commission and even experienced sales pros tend to shy away. I'm a great salesperson and I gave it a try 20-some years ago, it was impossible.

Not sure Clear Channel goes 100% commission anymore, but yes I certainly agree about how tough of a job most inside and outside sales jobs are.
