I thought I read, back in late spring, they were cutting out pensions for some employees and didn't know if that included hourly cast members. Does anyone know?

Pensions are not 401K's. 401k's are still available, there's a company match but I can't recall what it is.

OOPs, didn't know since we always owned our own businesses and never had either. I guess it was the pensions then that they cut out for some employees but hopefully still have the 401Ks for the hourly employees. Thanks Ann.

They even have 401k's for regular p/t employees.

That's great! It brings to mind a full time bank employee I knew, awhile back, who said she was retiring from her part-time job at Disney with her 401K.

It was salaried new hires after 1 Jan, 2012 that had their pensions dropped. Full-time union hourly workers and existing (hired before 1 Jan, 2012) salaried workers still have a defined-benefit pension plan.
