Weather from October - June.

So much to do. If you are bored in Orlando, you'll be bored everywhere.

We are in the middle of a state that has tons to see and do.

We are an hour from the beach.

We are close to the cruise ships and get discounts on cruises.

No pro football team. A bonus to me...and the Gators have the coolest stuff for sale.

If a store or chain restaurant exists, we have it.

We don't have to open or close our pools.

Beautiful landscaping.

If the temperature reads 0 degrees, we know it's a computer error. (Weather again...but it deserves to be listed twice!)

Sorry to sidetrack things a bit.
Where I live in the Keys, that size house on that size of a lot would be start in the $600k range although that lot alone would run quite a bit on its own. West Palm can be pricey in the better areas.
