I am looking to relocate to Heritage Hills in Clermont and would love any reviews or comments such as quality of homes built, HOA, taxes, crime, etc.

Thanks

They are Lennar homes, generally considered good quality for a production builder. Can't help with the HOA but I think it's set up just like it's neighbor, Kings Ridge where the dues are on the high side but they cover all exterior work including lawns, landscaping, painting of homes every five years, etc. There are parts of Clermont 3-10 miles away with some crime problems, in this area it is low. I've lived near Heritage Hills for eight years and other than one burglary which most people think was arranged by the homeowner for an insurance payout, there has been very little crime other than stupid people who left their laptops on the front seat of an unlocked car overnight. Taxes are in my opinion reasonable. Get in and get homesteaded and they should stay that way.
