The reality is that a good number (I've read that the number might be about half) of the homes that went to foreclosure were second homes and investment properties--many of those were strategic.

Why do you hate on Orlando so much? You don't live here--in fact you moved because you FAILED here. (Maybe that answers my question.) For everyone that FAILED, two did great and love it here.
