I've lived in Liverpool, but I'm a Rochester native.

Good luck with that. The other posters gave you a more realistic idea. You won't even get a studio apartment for $550 in Orlando, ESPECIALLY near Disney. We lived in a mostly decent area, 30 minutes from Disney in a gated community and paid $900 for a 2 bedroom. That was considered a bargain.

We just bought a home, our Disney commute (we do go often) is closer to 40-50 minutes. Still no pool (community pool) and no huge yard (tons of parks), but an awesome neighborhood.

Oh and unemployment is rampant here. If your plan is to get here and cross your fingers that a $10-15 job falls in your lap, then I'd say give up while you're still ahead. Stay where you are.

I too am from Upstate New York and have an interview in Ocoee but have been told it's not a nice place to live and to seek out residence in Clermont instead of Clermont, I don't like Orlando due to the rime and Interstate 4 congestion- etc
