The whole point of my OP was not b*tching and whining about the traffic. I always expect it to be worse on Friday but not to the extent I experienced this past weekend.

I was on I-4 west today from Downtown all the way to the 528 exit (roughly 12 mile stretch) around 5:00 pm today. Didnt have any problems...

I-4 east was pretty bad though, even more so because there was an accident at the Conroy overpass

However I would recommend staying off I-4 unless necessary altogether as Daytona 500 & Bike Week are coming up! The Daytona 500 is this Sunday so Volusia and Seminole County drivers should be prepared

Point to remember - You are not IN traffic. You ARE traffic.

I remember there was one years, years ago when the economy was cranking, there were some many cars heading towards Daytona the back up started almost as soon as you got off the St. Johns river bridge. Most people ended up doing U-turns in the median.

Maybe in the Orlando Forum your etiquette is considered normal, however elsewhere on C-D (and in real life), not so much.
