Hello I am looking to purchase a vacation home in Kissimmee and am thinking of renting it to the occasional vacationer while I am not there. Do you know of any property managerment company that does this kind of thing and what can I expect to pay for this service?

WDW is in Kissimmee so it depends on where you are talking about. It makes great deal of difference as to location for your desirability of your short term rental. there are some well suited locations and layouts that work better than others. I have a couple that handles the properties for my clients and it has been a good experience. You will find most companies charge upwards of 60-75% so it makes a huge difference as to who you select. there are some specific ideas that can make or break the short term rental market and it is easy to make no money in this arena. Be careful.
