Hey Gang,

Another recent job development has us looking at the Orlando area. Obviously Windermere is great for many reasons and I couldn't help notice that the Lake Sawyer area of Windermere was a lot more budget friendly for us. I'd like to keep the next house at or under $350K with around 2000 SQ FT. (3-4 bedrooms)

Does someone have a theory or even know the reason behind that?? Something about that area less desirable??

Cheers
Ian

Most likely because it is not gated. That being said its location on the far side of Windemere there truly isn't a need for a gate there is literally no crime. The gates to the other neighborhood is usually more for the show and or people inside to feel like they are in there own world.

I don't think there is anything less desirable about that area and there are many new construction builders in that area as well. It is becoming more and more popular and I think it's a nice area. Some of the lot sizes with the newer developments in that price range are smaller and not "custom" homes, but still very nice.
