Any info/experience w/ this subdivision? Do homeowners generally take care of property...many foreclosures, schools, etc? ty

It's generally considered a good neighborhood. Working to middle class. Homes are generally taken care of, people are neighborly. Most people have been there 10+ years so avoided a lot of the foreclosure issues. It's a well located, solid neighborhood. Look across the street at Hills of Clermont as well.

Thank you...my husband really likes the Clermont area. We look on google maps at the neighborhoods, but nothing compares to driving through or getting advice from locals. We are trying to stay 300k or under, but some neighborhoods in that price range are not so nice when driving through.
