I've seen a bunch of vultures taking care of deer roadkill. Thought it was odd that they'd just leave roadkill there but I guess the birds have to eat.

I saw a group of wild turkeys in front of an office building close to where to live. Matter of fact, they were in front of an attorney's office...and there were vultures on the roof. I felt like someone was setting up a bad lawyer joke.
But anyway, it seemed like it would be easy as hell to catch of those things. So naturally I got to thinking, 'how hard would it be to kill and clean a turkey?' So I fired up the old google machine and found
this . And then I decided to leave it to the professionals.
