Does anyone know of a SAFE area of apartment complex within a reasonable distance of UCF...for example Oviedo. I just moved here from out of state and am not familiar with the area. Thanks!

knightsbridge in stoneybrook east is nice. It's double gated community which means a manned gated entrance. It's much quieter and away from the college crowd, but still close enough to school.

A friend of mine lived off Rouse Rd... I think it was called Highland Park, or maybe Highview Park? Anyhow, it was by the 408 if that helps. Super nice and quiet place--townhome-style units. They loved it there, as far as I know.

I have a hound dog who loves to run. I need a decent apartment
in a low crime area where I can let Buddy run and maybe go for a swim. I see some apts. are near trails. The reviews I read about most apts. sound awful with terrible management. Can afford 600 to 800 per month. need exercise and other nice amenities too.
thanks, Lib

Do not rent from this place they rip you off! I lived there and when I moved out they refused to do a walk through. Two months later I got a bill from a collection agency for 946.00 for carpet replacement! They never once contacted me and they had alll my information. I had been emailing about my deposit with Kim the manager and they will not provide proof and I am now having to file complaints and try to straighten this out on my own! I wish I would have read reviews!
