Opinions in regards to Harmony needed. Wife and I visited a few months ago and she fell in love with the community. I enjoyed it as we'll but still not convinced. Took a return trip this week with children - 18 & 14. Was a bit disappointed that two of the builders David Weekly an Lifstyles are no longer building or are cutting back on their more affordable homes. DW is being replaced by Lennar and we weren't as impressed with the floor plans they will be making available. We plan to come back in a few months to see the new homes once Lennar starts construction.

As for Harmony what is every ones opinion? One thing i had geard in the past was that it was out in the middle of nowhere - but in my 2 trips I didn't find that the case. I actually like the location between Disney and the coast. Any and all opinions would be welcomed.

The people I know in Harmony actually come to Melbourne to shop. My friends like it there because it is not city living and it is half way basically between the beach and where he works. She works here on the coast so it works for them.

There are many nice areas to live in Melbourne, like Viera or the beachside if someone works in Brevard county. Id much rather live there than Harmony, personally.
