Thanks again Crane's Rooster. You would make a great realtor. I am going to keep looking at all the areas that you suggested. I noticed that Hunter's Creek has high HOA fees. A lot will depend on how much the HOA fee is and how much we can get for our house where we live now. We have just listed our house and hope to sell soon, although I won't sacrifice my home for a bargain basement price. I am prepared to keep it on the market for awhile until I get the price that I want. With our season starting soon, I'm hoping for the best.

To be close to Disney, I would suggest Dr. Phillips or Windermere. Clermont in Lake County is growing and also close to Disney. If you want to see beautiful hills, take a trip to Lakeridge Winery in Clermont. You cannot believe these hills exist in flat Florida. Another hilly area is Ocala with the horse farms. There is a Whole Foods store at the corner of Sand Lake and Turkey Lake in the Dr. Phillips area which is only about 10-15 min. from Windermere.

Thanks Geiger! I will check out the hilly areas. I love Ocala and stayed there several times on my way down from TN. I use to live 3 miles from Whole Foods when I lived in TN and 4 miles from Costco. Now, I live 20 miles from them in SW FL. I really miss the convenience of being close to those stores. As I get older, I do not see as well, so I want to cut down on my driving time.
