My job is relocating me to Florida. they are actually located in Lake Mary. I just know I fly into Orlando. I need help choosing a good area to live in with a good school district. I know absolutely nothing about the area or parts of town. Anybody familiar with Lakes Edge Apartments? I saw those on the Internet, but I think I prefer a 4 bedroom house if it is possible to get one in my budget in a great neighborhood.

Ditto what the above poster said. You could also look in Lake Mary (I have no real knowledge of the schools there, though) and take a look at Maitland (good schools, probably older homes in your budget, but a bit longer drive to work).

Your budget would make it very difficult to find a 4 bedroom at that price.

You could look at mls # O5176239 100 Hatfield in Longwood for $1,350 or mls #O5182468 120 Hidden Lake in Sanford for $1,100

I found a house that I really liked at Baker's Crossing in Sanford. Is that a good area with good schools?

Its a nice gated neighborhood in south Sanford A.K.A. the country. It is zoned for Sanford Middle, and Seminole High both really good school. For elementary that area is not zoned for any school in particular, but if I were you I would send them to Goldsboro Magnet school right next to Sanford Middle a great school.
