I have been reading post after post trying to figure out the best places to look for a single family house to rent and all its doing is causing my head to spin. I thought I would create an account and ask for some help

A little back story, my husband and I are a young couple currently live in Naples, Florida with our 2 children (3yrs and 6mths) along with 2 large dogs. I have lived in Naples the majority of my life and enjoy the life style here. That being said, my husband just got a offer that is hard to pass up but would require us to uproot our family and move to the Orlando/Kissimmee area. We are looking for a place that is very similar to Collier County, good schools, and a safe place to raise a family. My husband is willing to travel a little bit but no more then 40mins. His job would be located on Bronson Memorial Hwy. I have looked into Dr.Phillis and Windermere but both are out of our price range but reflect the type of area we would love to live. We are looking more at the $1100-$1600 price range for rent. If anyone else that lives in the area could give me some advice or incite I would greatly appreciate it. Thank You!

Try the area of Winter Garden next to Windermere...I have seen homes in the $1500-$1600 price range in the past year.

I wouldn't agree that the Lake Underhill area is the best to live, just my option. Try Winter park you can find something nice there for 1500 1600 a month. Also Downtown/Conway 32806 is pretty good. Winter garden and ocoee are very close to Windermere and you could find something nice in your price range.

I agree if you dont mind the drive from Orlando to Clermont then Clermont is great! In fact we are buying a house after the 1st of the year there. You get way more for your money that's for sure. Overall they have good schools and very little crime. Crime is nothing there compared to Orlando that's for sure.

the only place I would live is Seminole County. Much better school district than Orange or anything else around the Orlando area.

That's not to say orange county doesn't have schools on par with Seminole
