As many of you know, Brighthouse is expensive. Are there any good alternatives that are cheaper?

ATT Uverse, Direct TV

but I got rid of cable, got digital antennae and am enjoying the local programming.

just depends upon your interest, I guess.

And brighthouse is the worst for reliability and repairs required. in my experience, I started with them.

Check into satellite TV and AT&T DSL for lower prices.

When a thunderstorm cloud is right over your area, you will loose the signal until the cloud moves on.

Opps. You got the same response above.....

Thanks for the replies, but I'm only interested in internet. I don't care for cable as I get all my entertainment through the internet.

I don't think anything beats cable when it comes to speed.

I don't have all the Brighthouse issues (TV and cable) that everyone else claims they have. I guess my side of town has better infrastructure?

If it's all about price, check out Clear or U-Verse.

However, it looks like U-Verse is a nice price for a year, then it goes up.
