Some of the servers at Downtown Disney are making $150-$300 a night I know one very well!

It all comes down to where they are working. The servers at the buffets get stiffed a lot by people who think you don't need to tip at buffets.

True, but it's not correct to think they need 15-20% either. I usually tip 10%.

What?! That article says that if the service was bad enough to tip 10% you should tell a manager.

I almost always tip 18-20% unless it's really mediocre.

EDIT: I totally missed the fact you were talking about buffets! Sorry.

I usually do 16-18% depending on how good the service is. I don't just like to give everyone the automatic 18% because they showed up to work.

Yeah I know I assume you're talking about Fulton's Crab House. They make that much a night but every where else in DTD doesn't make that besides maybe The Wolfgang Puck Dining Room.

I bet. along with rainforest cafe, T-rex can be such a zoo, literally. It's the prototype tourist trap.

T-rex is always looking for servers. Walk in and ask for an application. If you have a little serving experience you should have no trouble getting that job.
