Does anyone have any experience with Orlando area mortgage brokers who will lend for lower-cost Condos.

I know very few condo units are FHA approved which makes this process so difficult.

I can come to the table with 30% down, and have near perfect credit.

30% down should be a lock with virtually any lender unless the condo community has issues such as high ratio of rented units, insufficient reserve funds or ginormous assessments.

agreed. pretty much 20% and >, and you should be good. Not sure if it's changed recently, but during the recession depths in 2010/11, it was impossible to get a condo loan without putting that much down

I have one lender that deals with this sort of property. They indeed, are few and far between.
