Of the ones you have listed I would go with the Villages at Baldwin Park. Although it's not gated, it would put you just a few minutes walk along Lake Baldwin to the restaurants, bars, shops, and other amenities downtown Baldwin Park has to offer. And MCO should only be about a 20 minute drive traffic permitting.

I live at Knightsbridge at Stoneybrook, not in a corporate apartment, but with a normal lease. I wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend the community - very safe, double gated, attractive grounds, fitness center, several pools, and it's on a golf course with ponds and wild preserve areas. It's also close to a major shopping center. We've been here 2 months and so far I love it. The grounds are so pretty and isolated it feels like we're living in a fancy resort condo instead of an apartment.

We are about 5 (very low traffic, scenic) miles from the 528 Beachline, which will take you straight to the airport in about 10-15 minutes of highway driving.

The other cool thing about living here is that the 528 Beachline also goes straight to the coast in the other direction - it's 50 minutes from our front door to Cocoa Beach!

The only bad thing about Knightsbridge is that the main road (Alafaya Trail) is undergoing major construction, so traffic can be slow towards Orlando (not towards airport, though) in the mornings and between 5-6 pm. It does look like they're really close to finishing it, though, which will add two extra lanes. But that might be a downside for a short-lease person like you - not sure how much longer it will take, maybe a month or two. But it's honestly not that bad except at rush hour.

Thank you for your replies. It doesn’t have to be corporate furnished apartment. It could be any nice furnished apartment. Also, you can suggest any place other than the list I searched.
