I am looking to bring my personal training business
www.stoked-fitness.com to the Orlando area this year and want to be within 30 minutes of the beach if possible. I grew up surfing. My wife works in finance for a restaurant chain and will be looking for something similar there. So, I am thinking we will want to be within a 30 minute commute of Orlando. We haven't fully decided on condo or home, but we are currently in a $260k home here and would be looking for something comparable. Seems like I have read good things about Ovieda, Lake Mary and Sanford on the NE side and then Melbourne, Satellite and Indiatlantic near the coast, but Im afraid that is too much commute for my wife. Are there any good locations due east or southeast of Orlando (University Park? or towards Cocoa?) Our son is 17 and may attend college in the area.

Make Alafaya and Colonial your X point on the map and look around in the radius. You will be about 1 hour from the beach minutes from UCF a very big collage. And for your wife plenty of work in technology park there is a big studant finance company there. And for you the perfect area for your biz. Some people may disagree but over all its a good area to live.
